Workshop management for the job, not just the booking

A booking is the easy part. RevIXO carries the job through the workshop — job sheets with labour and parts, extra work proposed and approved online, ready-for-collection notifications, and multiple services on one visit — so nothing gets lost between the diary and the invoice.

One job sheet. Everyone works from the same sheet.

What does RevIXO manage inside the workshop?

Everything between "booked" and "invoiced" — the part most garage software leaves to a whiteboard, a paper job card or someone's memory.

Job sheetsEvery booking gets a job sheet: labour, parts and notes attached to the vehicle and the visit, not scattered across paper.
Line items, labour and partsLabour is priced by hours × rate, parts are priced individually, and both roll up into one clear invoice.
Proposed work and advisoriesExtra work found mid-job goes to the customer as a secure link — prices shown first, required and optional work kept separate, approved with a tap.
Ready-for-collection notificationsThe customer is told the car is ready without the booking closing early, so the job stays open until it's actually handed back.
Multi-service visitsAn MOT, a service and extra work can all sit on one visit — one diary slot, one combined estimate, not three separate bookings.
Holiday scheduleClosures and holidays are set once and then respected everywhere availability is offered — online, by phone, or by staff.
Technician assignmentJobs are assigned to a technician against the diary, so it's clear who's doing what and when.
Service historyEvery completed job stays on the vehicle's record, so the next visit starts with the full history already there.

What garages ask before switching

Does proposed work need the customer to make an account?

No. Approval happens through a secure link sent to the customer — no login, no app to install.

Does "ready for collection" close the booking automatically?

No. The notification goes out, but the booking stays open until the car is actually collected and the job is completed.

Can more than one service go on the same visit?

Yes. An MOT, a service and other work can all sit on one booking with a single combined estimate.

Do labour hours have to be estimated separately from parts?

No. Labour (hours × rate) and parts are both line items on the same job sheet, rolling up into one invoice.

3 founding pilot places run every plan free during the pilot, including the AI voice receptionist (300 minutes a month), with operator-assisted setup and a direct line to the builder. Subject to pilot terms — details on enquiry.

Workshop management questions, answered.

The essentials before you book a demo.

How is labour priced on a job sheet?

By hours multiplied by an hourly rate. Labour and parts sit as separate line items on the same job sheet and roll up together into one invoice.

How does a customer approve extra work found mid-job?

Through a secure link, no account needed. Prices are shown first, required and optional work are kept separate, and approval takes one tap.

What happens when a car is ready for collection?

The customer is notified, but the booking stays open rather than closing automatically — it only completes once the car is actually collected.

Can I book more than one service in a single visit?

Yes. An MOT, a service and other work can all go on the same visit with one diary slot and one combined estimate.

Does the diary respect holidays and closures?

Yes. Set your holiday schedule once and it's respected everywhere availability is offered — online, by phone, or by staff.

No slides. We look at your services, your diary and your setup, then show how a booking turns into a job sheet, proposed work, and a paid invoice.

It runs in a browser, so there’s no new kit to install. Founding garages run free during the pilot; standard plans start at £89 per month after launch, including VAT where applicable. Onboarding is operator-assisted, and we won’t promise a setup timeframe until we know your setup.
