Customer portal · vehicle history, invoices and work due, no login for approvals

Customer portal software for garages

Every RevIXO plan gives your customers their own portal — booking history and invoices in one place they can log into, instead of chasing a copy by email. From Professional up, that record also shows full vehicle history, advisories and work due. Approving extra work never needs a login — that still arrives as its own secure link, priced upfront.

One record they can check themselves. Everything sits behind one login, day or night.

What does a garage customer portal need to get right?

A portal a customer never opens is just another password to forget. RevIXO's is built around what a customer actually wants to check — and it never blocks the things that shouldn’t need a login.

Booking history and invoices, from StarterEvery plan gives customers their own portal — past bookings and invoices in one place, so they’re not emailing to ask for a copy.
Vehicle history, advisories and work dueProfessional and above adds the full record: service history, open advisories and what’s due next, priced from the garage’s own approved quotes.
Online payment, opt-inA garage that turns on card payments lets a customer settle an invoice from their own portal, rather than a call to take card details over the phone.
MOT due date on the same recordThe due date looked up from the registration sits on the vehicle’s own record in the portal, alongside its service history.
Approvals never need a loginExtra work found on a job is sent as its own secure link — priced upfront, required and optional kept separate — so a customer isn’t forced to remember a password to say yes.
Booked through the same diaryA booking made from the portal joins the same confirmation queue as a phone call or a reminder reply — the garage always confirms it.
Their data, exportable and erasableEmail and phone are encrypted at rest, and a customer can request their own data export from their account.
No separate app to installThe portal runs in a browser on whatever device the customer already has — nothing to download before they can check a booking.

What garages ask before giving customers a login

Does a customer have to create an account before they can approve extra work?

No. Approvals arrive as their own secure link with the price shown upfront — nothing to sign up for. The portal login is for checking history and invoices, a separate, optional step.

Can a customer see prices we haven’t approved yet?

No. The portal shows work due and advisories from the garage’s own approved quotes — nothing is shown to a customer before your team has priced and confirmed it.

Does adding a portal mean more support calls resetting passwords?

It runs in a browser like any other site login, and approvals — the thing a customer is most likely to need urgently — never depend on it working.

Is this the same page the AI receptionist quotes from?

Yes. The portal, the approval link and the AI receptionist all read the same approved prices and job records — never a second, separate set of numbers.

3 founding pilot places run every plan free during the pilot, the customer portal included, including the AI voice receptionist (300 minutes a month), with operator-assisted setup and a direct line to the builder. Subject to pilot terms — details on enquiry.

Customer portal questions, answered.

The essentials before you book a demo.

What can a customer see in their portal?

Booking history and invoices on every plan; from Professional up, that extends to full vehicle history, open advisories and work due, priced from the garage’s own approved quotes.

Does a customer need an account to approve extra work?

No. Extra work found on a job is sent as its own secure link, priced upfront with required and optional kept separate — nothing to sign up for or log into.

Can customers pay their invoice from the portal?

Yes, once a garage turns on online card payments — it’s opt-in, off by default.

Is the portal the same on every plan?

No. Starter includes booking history and invoices; Professional and above adds full vehicle history, advisories and work due, priced live from the garage’s own quoting.

Can a customer get their own data out of the portal?

Yes. A customer can request their own data export from their account — their email and phone are encrypted at rest either way.

See a customer’s own record, on a real booking.

No slides. We look at your bookings, your invoices and your setup, then show what a customer actually sees when they log in — and what still reaches them without one.

  3. If it’s a fit, join as a founding garage—operator-assisted setup and a direct line to the builder

It runs in a browser, so there’s no new kit to install. Founding garages run free during the pilot; standard plans start at £89 per month after launch, including VAT where applicable. Onboarding is operator-assisted, and we won’t promise a setup timeframe until we know your setup.
