Online booking · no login, real availability, garage confirms

Online booking software for garages

Customers book by registration — no account needed — against your real diary availability, closures and all. A small deposit can hold the slot, and every request still lands in the same confirmation queue for your garage to approve.

One diary. The whole garage sees it.

What does an online booking page need to do for a garage?

A booking form that just emails someone is a second inbox to check. RevIXO's online booking writes straight into the same diary your staff already work from.

No account requiredA customer enters their registration and contact details and books — no password, no sign-up step in the way.
Your real diary availabilitySlots reflect your actual capacity, closures and holiday schedule — not a generic calendar that has to be reconciled by hand.
A deposit to confirmA small card deposit can hold the slot, paid through a secure payment link — nobody has to take card details over the phone.
The garage always confirmsA booking request from the page joins the same confirmation queue as a phone call — nothing is booked without your garage seeing it first.
Pricing where you've set itServices you've priced show that price on the booking page itself, so a customer isn't guessing before they book.
Opt-in, on your own pageOnline booking is switched on per garage, at your own booking page — it isn't turned on for you.
A missed-call link back inA missed call can text back a link to the same booking page, so a call you couldn't take isn't necessarily a lost job.
MOT and a service togetherA customer can book an MOT alongside other work in the same visit — one diary slot, one combined estimate.

What garages ask before switching on online booking

Does a customer have to create an account to book?

No. They enter their vehicle registration and contact details and book — no password, no separate customer login.

Is a booking confirmed the moment someone submits the form?

No. It's held as a request against your diary, in the same confirmation queue as a phone booking, until your garage confirms it.

What happens if a deposit hold isn't paid?

The hold quietly expires and the slot is released — no charge is taken and nothing is left half-booked on your diary.

If a booking gets rescheduled, is a paid deposit lost?

No. A paid deposit moves with the booking to its new time rather than being voided and re-taken.

3 founding pilot places run every plan free during the pilot, online booking included, including the AI voice receptionist (300 minutes a month), with operator-assisted setup and a direct line to the builder. Subject to pilot terms — details on enquiry.

Online booking questions, answered.

The essentials before you book a demo.

Does a customer need an account to book online?

No. They book by entering their vehicle registration and contact details — there's no password or sign-up step.

Does the booking page show real availability?

Yes. Slots reflect the garage's own diary capacity, closures and holiday schedule, so a customer can't book a slot that isn't really free.

Is a deposit required to book?

Where a garage asks for one, a small card deposit paid through a secure payment link holds the slot. If it isn't paid in time, the hold expires and the slot is released — no charge is taken.

Can an online booking be confirmed without the garage seeing it?

No. Every online booking request joins the same confirmation queue as a phone booking; a person at the garage always confirms it.

Do I have to turn online booking on straight away?

No. It's opt-in per garage — you switch it on for your own booking page when you're ready, and it stays off until then.

See a booking made on your own diary.

No slides. We look at your services, your diary and your setup, then show a customer booking online — from a submitted request to a confirmed slot on your diary.

  1. Book a short demo
  2. Talk through your services, diary and whether a deposit fits your garage
  3. If it’s a fit, join as a founding garage—operator-assisted setup and a direct line to the builder

It runs in a browser, so there’s no new kit to install. Founding garages run free during the pilot; standard plans start at £89 per month after launch, including VAT where applicable. Onboarding is operator-assisted, and we won’t promise a setup timeframe until we know your setup.
