Features · every capability, one pageEverything RevIXO does, in one place
One page linking to the detail behind each capability — bookings, quoting, the AI receptionist, MOT handling, workshop management, security and pricing.
The web receptionist (Professional/Growth) answers online enquiries as standard. An add-on AI voice receptionist can also handle the calls the garage can't get to, in final live-call testing now. Both quote only garage-approved prices and hold every booking for the garage to confirm.
How it handles a call →Completed jobs teach RevIXO what a garage actually charges by vehicle type, with every price change waiting for your approval.
How the learning works →DVLA reg lookup, full DVSA MOT history, due-date reminders and a same-job retest flow when a test fails.
MOT booking in detail →Class 4 and class 7 support, the same-job retest flow, and an add-on AI voice receptionist for the 8am rush.
For MOT test centres →Job sheets, labour and parts line items, proposed-work approval, ready-for-collection notifications and multi-service visits.
Inside the workshop →Phone requests, online bookings and reminder follow-ups all land in the same confirmation queue — the garage always confirms.
Online booking in detail →An opt-in, no-login booking page for your own site or socials; an optional deposit to confirm a booking; and a text-back link after a missed call — all opt-in per garage.
Every customer and vehicle's full history in one record, so nobody has to ask a returning customer what was done last time.
Extra work found mid-job goes to the customer as a secure link — prices shown first, approved with a tap, no account required.
Invoices are built from the work actually completed. Online payments are opt-in, and customers get their own portal.
Invoicing in detail →A mechanic and an admin see different things by design, so who can record payments or change prices is set explicitly, not by convention.
Invoice and payment records are kept Xero-ready, so the books stay current without re-typing them.
Customer email and phone are encrypted at rest, staff access is role-limited, and a full data export is available on demand.
Security and data in detail →A free tool: put in your own call volume and job value to see what a missed call could be costing your garage.
Try the calculator →Features, answered.
The essentials before you book a demo.
Do I get all of this on the Starter plan?
Starter covers bookings, job sheets, customer and vehicle history, estimates and approvals, invoicing and payments, and MOT lookup. The AI web receptionist and drafting allowance are on Professional and Growth; the AI voice receptionist is a further, separately priced add-on.
Is every feature available immediately after sign-up?
Onboarding is operator-assisted: a person helps set up your services, prices and diary rules first. How long that takes depends on your setup, so we won’t promise a timeframe.
Can I try features before committing?
The best way is a short demo on your own services and diary. Founding garages then run free during the pilot on whichever plan fits.
What's not built yet?
A visual bay scheduler and a WhatsApp channel are not built yet. Two-way Xero sync is built but not switched on yet, and there is no Sage or QuickBooks integration.
Does every feature work the same across multiple garages?
Yes, on Growth. Run up to 3 garages from one login, with the same feature set and reporting that adds up across every site.
See it running on your own diary.
No slides. We look at your services, your diary and your setup, then show the features that matter to your garage.
It runs in a browser, so there’s no new kit to install. Founding garages run free during the pilot; standard plans start at £89 per month after launch, including VAT where applicable. Onboarding is operator-assisted, and we won’t promise a setup timeframe until we know your setup.
