Tyre quoting · your own price bands, fitment that sharpens over timeTyre quoting software for garages
RevIXO quotes tyres from your own price bands — by rim size, tier and quantity — and narrows toward the exact fitment for a vehicle as more of your own jobs teach it what actually fits. A band figure stays labelled as indicative until it’s reviewed against a completed job.
Priced from your own bands. Yours, not a manufacturer list.
What does tyre quoting software need to get right?
A tyre quote that ignores your own pricing, or hides a part-worn fitment, costs trust fast. RevIXO prices tyres from bands your garage sets, and never lets a part-worn tyre reach an invoice undisclosed.
What garages ask before trusting a tyre quote to software
No. The bands are your own numbers — by rim size, tier and quantity. RevIXO applies them; it never invents a price of its own.
No. Without evidence it quotes from the band as a clearly labelled indicative figure, and only tightens once completed jobs confirm what actually fits.
No. A part-worn tyre carries its statutory tread-depth disclosure all the way through to the invoice — it’s off by default and never silently applied.
Not if you set a cutoff. A garage can cap how last-minute — or how far ahead — a tyre slot is bookable, separate from the rest of the diary.
Tyre quoting questions, answered.
The essentials before you book a demo.
How does RevIXO price a tyre?
From the garage’s own price bands, by rim size, tier and quantity — never a manufacturer list price nobody at the garage set.
Does the AI say “budget” or “premium” tyres to a customer?
No. It quotes the price from the band without naming the tier to the customer.
What happens to a part-worn tyre on the invoice?
Its statutory tread-depth disclosure carries through the job sheet, invoice and PDF record and can’t be stripped off — part-worn stock is off by default.
Can I control how last-minute a tyre can be booked?
Yes. A garage can set a separate booking window for tyre bookings — how far ahead and how last-minute — independent of the general diary.
How does tyre stock stay up to date?
A photographed or pasted supplier invoice produces a reviewed preview matched to your parts catalogue — stock and cost only update once your team confirms it.
See a tyre quote priced from your own bands.
No slides. We look at your tyre pricing, your stock and your setup, then show a quote built from your own bands, and a part-worn disclosure carried through to invoice.
It runs in a browser, so there’s no new kit to install. Founding garages run free during the pilot; standard plans start at £89 per month after launch, including VAT where applicable. Onboarding is operator-assisted, and we won’t promise a setup timeframe until we know your setup.
